The income type "Asset Income" includes income received as rents, interest, dividends, and royalties.

To calculate the percent of people with a certain type of income who receive federally administered SSI in a particular category type out of the total number of people with the same type of income who receive federally administered SSI, divide the number of people with a certain income type who receive federally administered SSI in a particular category type by the total number of people with the income type. Example: Out of the total number of people with no other income who receive federally administered SSI, calculate the percent of people who receive federally administered SSI in the aged category. This calculation would be: 433,574/3,593,192= .121 and .121x100=12.1%
