administered SSI in a particular age group, divide the number of males or
females who receive Federally administered SSI who are in the age group
by the total number of people who receive Federally administered
SSI who are in the same age group and multiply the result by 100. Example:
Calculate the percent of males who receiveFederally administered
SSI who are 18-64 years of age out of the total number of people who
receiveFederally administered SSI who are 18-64 years
of age. This calculation would be: 1,627,059/3,744,022=.435 and .435x100=43.5%
