"General" Vocational Rehabilitation agencies refer to agencies serving all individuals with disabilities except those who are blind or visually impaired.
To calculate the percent of the average hourly state wage VR clients make as their average hourly wage, divide the average VR hourly wage by the average state wage and multiply the result by 100. Example: Find what percent of the average hourly wage in Florida VR clients in Florida make as their average hourly wage. This calculation would be: 8.56/14.69=.5827 and .5827x100=58.27%
